Whether big or small, most everyone has had a beloved animal in their life. But not everyone can always easily provide the care that pet may need. The Portland Animal Welfare (PAW) Team is a non-profit organization that provides free vet care to the pets of homeless people and people living in extreme poverty. They've partnered with Albina Community Bank to showcase some local art with my work featuring prominently. 50% or more of all sales from the show will go to help support PAW Team. Show opens tomorrow, First Thursday, in the Pearl and will be on display through the month of July.

First Thursday fundraiser July 1, 2010 6-9 pm

As another participating artist wrote, "Even if you don't like art, animals, or people...please come, or tell other people to come...it'll be fun."
