The tools have been a favorite place to go. I'd just used this wrench to tighten the wheelbarrow's bolts in preparation for the concrete work. I beat out some of the energy it had at the start, but this is no fish head.

Many a canvas has been primed with this old brush and a few walls too. It may be the only brush I've ever treated with any decency. I like the contrast of the almost realism of the reflections in the metal ferrule against the simplicity of the shapes and angled composition.

Very interesting article and information too and moreover,the smaller tools will make them in all sizes. and hand carving is hard on the hands always.
